On the 4th of April, the Kunstraad Groningen (Arts Council) presented their advice considering the permanent subsidies of cultural institutions. Noorderzon gets a wonderful review, with which we are very pleased - but for a lot of friends and colleagues this advice is very painful. At the end of the year it will become clear if this advice will be taken on.
