Nightbusses
There are also extra nightbusses during Noorderzon. You can find all departure times here.

To the festival locations

- Accessibility of the Noorderplantsoen
On foot/by bicycle: Coming from the Central Station, you cross the canal via the pedestrian bridge at the Groninger Museum and go toward the city centre. Having arrived at the Vismarkt (one of the central squares of Groningen) you continue straight on, through the Stoeldraaierstraat and the Oude and Nieuwe (old and new) Kijk in ’t Jatstraat to the Noorderplantsoen park. The walk takes about 20 minutes, by bicycle it takes you about 10 minutes. Cyclist can place their bikes in one of our (guarded) bike parks at the festival grounds. At the central station - and some other places in the city - you can rent bicycles. Click here for more details on rental.

Bus: From the Central Station, take bus line 5 Station Noord, and get off at busstop 'Kerklaan'.

Auto: If you come to the Noorderplantsoen by car, the subterranean car park on the Boterdiep is the best place to park the car.

- Accessibility of DownTown locations
Most of the DownTown locations are easily accessible by foot or by bike from Central Station and as well from the Noorderplantsoen park. At the page Festival locations you can find the walking distances from the Noorderplantsoen to DownTown locations. When you choose from our programme, please keep in mind that it might take some time to reach a location.
