Advice of the Arts Council Groningen 05-05-2011

In the end of 2010 we wrote our plans for the period 2013-2016 for the Province of Groningen. You can read them here in dutch. Now in may 2011 the Groningen Arts Council published their advice, which is very positive about the importance of Noorderzon for Groningen. You can read the advice here (in dutch).
