Young Groningen star cast dances slick black comedy dream
Dancers that make it into Club Guy & Roni's Poetic Disasters Club can count themselves lucky: there are few better ways to dance your way into the spotlights than with this successful young talented crew belonging to the renowned northern dance company. In blackly comedic Fassbinder, the promising international dancers reveal themselves as a bunch of elusive marionettes. One by one they become unhinged in the extremely polished stage set of this visually entrancing dance and theatre spectacle. Based on the movie In einem Jahr mit 13 Monden directed by Rainer Werner Fassbinder, theatre maker Hendrik Aerts (Noord Nederlands Toneel) adapted the original story of a young woman's wanderings into a twisted dark dream. Fassbinder is the final show by the dance collective in its current constellation. So be sure to catch these rising stars while they still shine in Groningen skies.

“An intriguing dance and theatre performance where the eye in particular is delighted by the beautifully adorned and moving young group of international dancers. A mix of nimble, sinewy freaks and vixen disguised as beauties.”

- Peter van der Heide, Dagblad van het Noorden
