One of Noorderzon’s best-kept secrets is perhaps that the festival actually lasts eleven days, and not ten as many of you (and, to be honest, some of us too) think. Do the maths! 

On this final Sunday (30 August), the Noorderplantsoen will be all about coming together one last time, before we have to wait another year. Expect short performances by people from the city and the surrounding area, with either plenty or very little stage experience. Young and old, famous and unknown, share the stage and the park. We bring the festival to a close together with activities centred on connection: festive, yet also a little sad because it’s almost over – exactly as the eleventh day should be.
