Nik Rajšek

LOSER (Prologues) is a series of live cam shows that reimagine failure not as an end, but as transformation. Through movement, live sound, and a camera, the works unfold as fragmented self-portraits, magnifying private collapse into public display.  

Exploring addiction, obsession, and the fragile line between devotion and self-destruction, the performer is trapped within a container, allowing decline to unfold slowly over the course of more than three hours instead of reaching a singular moment of collapse.

• This year, for the first time, you can buy tickets online in advance for all container performances taking place before 5.00 pm.
• On each day of the festival, tickets for performances after 5.00 pm on that day will also go on sale online – and at the ticket points on the festival site.

Nik Rajšek is a Slovenian performer and creator based in the Netherlands. After graduating from the Modern Theatre Dance programme at the AHK (Amsterdam University of the Arts) in 2015, he collaborated with various choreographers, notably Ann Van den Broek. In recent years, Nik has begun to develop his own artistic voice and has created a series of solo works in which he explores his personal approach to performance, movement and film. In 2025, he was selected as one of the artists for Station Noord, a networking and development programme for emerging artists in the northern Netherlands.
